TEXTING TERMS

Harvest Club is the customer rewards program run by The Grower Circle (TGC LV LLC) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Its texting program is Harvest Club by The Grower Circle, and every text comes from +1 725-239-1488.

We send two kinds of texts:

• Sign-in codes. One-time sign-in and phone-verification codes, sent only when you ask for one on screen. One text per request.
• Member alerts. Harvest Club pop-up events and member news. These are recurring automated marketing texts, sent only if you opt in: with the optional box when you join, the “Member alert texts” switch on your Account screen, or by texting START to +1 725-239-1488.

Texting is never required to join Harvest Club, to earn points, to redeem rewards, or to buy anything. The member alerts box is unchecked unless you check it, and you can leave it that way and use everything in the club.

Message frequency varies. A sign-in code only arrives when you request one. Member alerts are recurring and automated.

We never charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to cancel. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT and REVOKE work too. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts from us after that. You can also turn member alerts off any time with the “Member alert texts” switch on your Account screen. Stopping texts does not affect your membership or your points. To start again, text START to +1 725-239-1488.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are available on most US carriers.

Harvest Club and its texts are for adults 21 and older.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. How we handle everything else you give us is in the privacy policy.
