PRIVACY POLICY

When you join Harvest Club we collect your first name, mobile number, email address, and birth month and day. The birth month and day are how we send you birthday points. To confirm you are 21 or older, the website asks for your full date of birth. That is checked on your device and is never stored or sent to us.

When you submit a receipt we store the photo you take, the store, the purchase date, the Grower Circle items and their subtotal, and the budtender you credit.

If you are a Certified Dealer or Brand Ambassador, we also store the store you work at, the sales and shifts you log, and the photos you submit for your shift reports.

We use it to run the loyalty program: award points and XP, verify that receipts are genuine and not submitted twice, track progress toward rewards, and let you claim them. We use email and app notifications to tell you about drops, pop-ups, events, and your rewards. Texts are covered below: codes go out only when you ask for one, and alerts only if you opt in.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not share it with dispensaries beyond confirming a reward claim when you redeem one in store.

When you join you agree to emails about drops, pop-ups, events, and your account. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and turning email off does not affect your points.

When you join you agree to notifications from the Harvest Club app about your points, pop-ups and events. Your phone asks for your permission when you sign in to the app. You can turn them off any time in your phone’s Settings, and turning them off does not affect your points.

Texts are optional, and saying no never affects your membership or your points. Harvest Club by The Grower Circle sends two kinds of texts, all from +1 725-239-1488: one-time sign-in and phone-verification codes, sent only when you ask for one on screen, and member alerts about pop-up events and member news, sent only if you opt in with the optional box when you join, the “Member alert texts” switch on your Account screen, or by texting START. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or HELP for help. The full texting terms are at harvestclub.thegrowercircle.com/terms.

We keep a record of each texting opt-in: when it happened, how you did it (the box when you joined, the Account switch, or a START text), which opt-in wording you saw, and the phone number. Opt-ins on the website or in the app since October 8, 2026 also record the internet address they came from.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The stores where you pick up rewards never get your texting opt-in or consent. Companies that work for us, like the service that delivers our texts, get your number only to do that work for us.

The app asks for camera access only to photograph receipts and, for staff, shift and display photos. We do not access your photo library in the background and we never upload anything you did not deliberately submit.

We keep your account and points history for as long as you are a member. Receipt photos are kept for two years, which is long enough to resolve any dispute about points that were or were not awarded, and then deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Deleting your account removes your personal information and forfeits any unredeemed points. Email contact@thegrowercircle.com and we will take care of it.

Harvest Club is for adults 21 and older in states where cannabis is legal for adult use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
