Snap a photo of your receipt in the app. You earn 10 points for every $1 you spent on Grower Circle product, plus 100 bonus points when you name the budtender who helped you. Most receipts land on your balance right away.

60 days. After that it no longer qualifies for points, so upload it while it's fresh. If we read the date wrong, send it to us from that screen and a person will check it.

Some receipts wait for a person to check them: a very large basket, a photo we couldn't read clearly, a receipt with no date on it, or one that looks like it was already submitted. That usually takes less than a day, and the points post on their own once it's checked. Email us if it's been longer.

Tap the reward in the app and it's set aside for you. Merch can be picked up at any Grower Circle pop-up (give the ambassador your mobile number or member number) or mailed to the address on your Account screen. Rewards that include cannabis product are handed over by licensed staff at a dispensary, exactly like a purchase: we email you which store once it's there, and you give them your name and show your ID. No code needed.

Tick "I'm a budtender" when you join and tell us which dispensary you work at, or ask a Grower Circle rep or brand ambassador for an application link. We confirm it with your store before the dealer tools switch on.

Enter your phone number or email and your password. Never set a password, or joined before the app? Tap the code option under the password box: we text a 6-digit code to a phone number or email it to an email address. If texting isn't working, a phone number's code goes to the email on the account. No email on it? Tap CALL ME WITH THE CODE and we'll read it to you. Forgot your password? FORGOT PASSWORD emails you a link to set a new one.

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts, or switch Member alert texts off on your Account screen to stop alerts. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Your points are unaffected.

In the app, tap your initial at the top of the POINTS tab to open Account, then Close my account at the bottom. Or email us from the address on your account and we'll do it. Points you haven't used are forfeited when an account is closed.
